By using 55unbowed.com or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Products, pricing and availability
Collections are released in limited runs. We describe products as accurately as we can, but colour on a screen is not colour in a hand. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before an order is accepted.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent — and we will refund you in full if we do.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk of loss passes when the carrier hands the parcel to you or to the address you gave us.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The UNBOWED name, mark, designs, photography and written content belong to UNBOWED LLC. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell access to it, interfere with it, or use it to break the law.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which UNBOWED LLC is registered, and disputes go to the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
